CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 26 Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota D.C., el 9 de abril de 1999, en el sentido de negar la solicitud de amparo hecha por Maria Cristina Junca Bermudez contra la Alcaldia Mayor y la Secretaria de Educacion Distritales de Santafe de Bogota D.C., pero unica y exclusivamente por las razones consignadas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
