- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Pasto, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por Angel Maria Cordoba contra la Caja de Prevision Nacional -CAJANAL- Seccional Narino. En su lugar CONCEDER el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social -CAJANAL- Seccional Narino, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, suministre al senor Angel Maria Cordoba, el medicamento Carduran (Doxazosina), en la forma prescrita por el medico tratante.
- Tercero. Senalar que la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social -CAJANAL- Seccional Narino le asiste el derecho de reclamar a FOSYGA los gastos asumidos en el suministro del medicamento "Carduran".
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
