Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferidos por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Pacho (Cund.). En su lugar TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad, seguridad social y salud del actor.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa Siderúrgica Corradine S.A., que en el plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a reanudar los pagos de las mesadas pensionales al señor Juan de Dios Gómez Moreno, así como también reanudar los pagos al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, régimen Salud, si aún no lo ha hecho. En cuanto a las mesadas ya causadas y no pagadas, el actor podrá acudir ante la jurisdicción ordinaria para exigir su pago.
Tercero. SÚRTASE el trámite previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
