- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos en primera instancia por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Armenia del 24 de abril de 1997, el fallo de segunda instancia proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Armenia del 30 de mayo del mismo ano. En su lugar, TUTELAR, los derechos fundamentales a la seguridad social, e igualdad.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Sociedad Francisco Luis Gomez y Hermanos "Almacenes El Lobo", que en el plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, proceda a reanudar los pagos de las mesadas pensionales a la senora Stella Buitrago de Patino. En cuanto a las mesadas ya causadas y no pagadas, la entidad demandada, debera, tan pronto exista la disponibilidad de los dineros, proceder a pagar de manera preferente, todas aquellas obligaciones laborales existentes y pendientes de pagar a la senora Stella Buitrago de Patino.
- Tercero. SOLICITAR al Superintendente de Sociedades verificar el cumplimiento del presente fallo.
- Cuarto. SURTASE el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
