- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Garzon (Huila), el 10 de junio de 1998, en el sentido de confirmar el fallo de tutela unicamente en relacion con la demandante Matilde Tovar de Tamayo. En consecuencia, se revoca la orden impartida en favor de los demas ocupantes de locales en La Galeria del Municipio de El Agrado (Huila).
