Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juez
Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de Baranoa (Atlántico), en el que se niega la tutela interpuesta por Rodrigo Raúl Redondo Escobar, para la protección de los derechos a la seguridad social y a la vida.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde del municipio de Baranoa realizar el pago de las mesadas pensionales que se adeudan al actor, dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo. De no existir los fondos necesarios para cubrir la deuda inmediatamente, este plazo deberá emplearse para que el Alcalde inicie los trámites y gestiones presupuestales necesarios, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, para obtener los recursos necesarios para cumplir esta orden. En todo caso, el pago deberá hacerse dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia.
