- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia que se revisa y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela instaurada por Enadis Estela Espinosa Casarrubia, identificada con la cedula de ciudadania No.50"884.980 de Buenavista, en contra del Registrador Municipal de Buenavista-Cordoba.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENARLE al Registrador demandado expedirle inmediatamente a la demandante, copia valida de su registro civil de nacimiento.
- TERCERO. ORDENARLE al mismo funcionario, que proceda a sanear y suscribir la inscripcion en el registro civil de nacimiento de la demandante, en los terminos del articulo 8 del Decreto 2158 de 1970, teniendo esta sentencia como sustituto de la autorizacion de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
- CUARTO. ENVIAR COPIA de este fallo a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro.
