en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
R E S U E L V E :
Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Sexto. (6deg) Laboral del Circuito de Medellin, negando la tutela solicitada por la senora Stefania Sanchez Betancurt, y en su defecto, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado, ordenando que en el termino de diez (10) dias contados a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, el representante legal de la fabrica Aga Ltda, proceda a nivelar el salario de la actora a una suma igual a la que devengan las demas trabajadores que desarrollan la misma labor dentro de la empresa y que se acogieron al regimen de cesantias de la ley 50 de 1990.
Segundo. CONMINAR a la empresa AGA Ltda, para que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de realizar conductas discriminatorias frente a sus empleados que vulneren los derechos a la igualdad y al trabajo.
Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
Sexto. (6deg) Laboral del Circuito de Medellin, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
