- Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero exclusivamente por las razones expuestas, las sentencias objeto de revisión.
- Segundo. De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, ADVERTIR a la Empresa "Rohm and Hass Col S.A." que no puede volver a presionar indebidamente a sus trabajadores para que se acojan, en materia de cesantías, a la Ley 50 de 1990.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
