- PRIMERO. Confirmar la Sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del cuatro de Agosto de 1993, en el sentido de no conceder la detencion domiciliaria a la detenida Gloria Patricia Gomez Osorio.
- SEGUNDO. Poner de presente a las autoridades de la carcel del Buen Pastor de la ciudad de Cali que, en acatamiento del articulo 153 del Codigo Penitenciario (ley 63 de 1993), deben mantener en condiciones adecuadas una guarderia para los hijos menores de tres anos de las reclusas.
