- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del siete (7) de septiembre de 1993, proferida por la Sala Civil Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayán, y la sentencia ocho (8) de julio de 1993, proferida por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Popayán.
- SEGUNDO. DENEGAR la tutela solicitada por el señor GUSTAVO ADOLFO VALENCIA AYALA.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Popayán, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
