Derecho de peticion de madre de estudiante a quien por usar el cabello largo y una bufanda que supuestamente no era la apropiada para el uniforme las directivas de la institucion educativa decidieron no aceptarlo para cursar el grado once y se han negado a expedirle copia del oficio en el que se indica la negativa del cupo.
Solicita se ordene expedir copia del oficio con el que se le niega el cupo a su hijo para cursar el grado once y en consecuencia se le notifica la terminacion del contrato de cooperacion educativa a su hijo.

- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del trece (13) de febrero de 2006 proferida por el Juzgado
- Septimo. Civil Municipal de Bogota por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva del presente fallo. En su lugar CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta por la senora Margarita Ospina Garcia por el derecho de peticion.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Liceo Julio Cesar Garcia, que si aun no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia, notifique la respuesta de la peticion elevada por la senora Margarita Ospina Garcia el dia 29 de noviembre de 2005.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
