- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia revisada, proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Pasto.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa Embotelladora Nariñense Ltda., representada por el señor Pedro Julio Vargas, o quien haga las veces, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, proceda a cancelar los salarios adeudados al señor Augusto V. Velasco Benavides, tan pronto el flujo de caja lo permita. De todo lo anterior, informará en el término de un mes al Tribunal de instancia, bajo el apremio de las sanciones legales por desacato.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
