- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 22 de julio de 1998 por el juzgado dieciocho penal municipal de Medellín, y en su lugar conceder la tutela y ORDENAR que en el plazo de 5 días contados a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, se le cancelen las mesadas debidas al peticionario. Se ordena también que en adelante se le paguen oportunamente.
- Segundo. Por secretaría se librará la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
