- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Decisión Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fé de Bogotá el 22 de mayo de 1998, en relación con la acción de tutela promovida por el doctor Jaime Gómez Méndez.
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
