- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia emitida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota de fecha 18 de febrero de 1998.
- Segundo. REVOCAR, la orden de suspension del proceso penal impartida al Tribunal Superior Militar mediante providencia de agosto 25 de 1998. Por la Secretaria oficiese en este sentido.
- Tercero. Librense por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos alli contemplados.
