- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Sala de Decisión Penal, de fecha quince (15) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), que denegó, por improcedente, la acción de tutela incoada en contra de la Secretaría de Educación del Distrito.
- Segundo. SUGERIR respetuosamente a la Secretaría de Educación del Distrito Capital de Sanfafé de Bogotá, continuar en el desarrollo de las gestiones que sean necesarias para nombrar a los dos profesores de informática del Centro Educativo Distrital "El Libertador", si el nombramiento no se hubiese hecho.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Sala de Decisión Penal, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
