- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspension del termino decretada para decidir el presente asunto.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 12 de junio de 2002 por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Leticia.
- Tercero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 3 de diciembre de 2001, corregida mediante providencia del 30 de abril de 2002, del Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de Leticia, en lo referente al otorgamiento del amparo solicitado por la Iglesia Pentecostal Unida de Colombia.
- Cuarto. MODIFICAR la orden impartida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de Leticia en Sentencia del 3 de diciembre de 2001, en el sentido de disponer que con arreglo a las respectivas disposiciones legales y reglamentarias el Concejo Municipal de Leticia expida un acuerdo con el fin de restablecer la igualdad de trato de la Iglesia Pentecostal Unida de Colombia.
- Quinto. Con el objeto de hacer efectiva la orden impartida en el numeral anterior, se dispondra que la aprobacion del citado acuerdo tenga lugar en las sesiones ordinarias del Concejo Municipal de Leticia que comienzan a partir del proximo mes de agosto del ano en curso.
- Sexto. PREVENIR al Concejo Municipal de Leticia para que adopte las medidas e imparta las instrucciones necesarias con el fin de evitar que nuevamente se incurra en conductas como la censurada en esta Sentencia.
- Septimo. Por Secretaria General librese las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
