- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el juzgado trece civil del circuito de Barranquilla y el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla los días 15 de abril y 9 de mayo de 1997 respectivamente.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la presente tutela, y ORDENAR al ISS cumplir con la determinación médica de entregar al paciente los medicamentos esenciales para el tratamiento prescrito para combatir el virus del VIH- SIDA que lo afecta.
- Tercero. Por secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto2591 de 1991.
