- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá, mediante el cual negó la tutela de los derechos invocados. En su lugar, se CONCEDE TRANSITORIAMENTE la tutela impetrada.
- En consecuencia, se ordena al Consejo de Justicia de Santa Fe de Bogotá y al Alcalde Menor de San Cristóbal que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, inapliquen el acto administrativo mediante el cual se confirmó la orden de cierre de las instalaciones de "Vidriera Artesanal", hasta tanto la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en providencia ejecutoriada, decida definitivamente acerca de la legalidad de aquél, con independencia de que dicha jurisdicción acceda o no a decretar la suspensión provisional de los actos administrativos allí impugnados.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
