- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Villanueva (Santander) el pasado quince (15) de junio de 1993, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el articulo 7o. del decreto 306 de 1992, queden sin efectos las actuaciones administrativas desarrolladas por el alcalde municipal en cumplimiento del fallo proferido por el Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Villanueva (Santander) el pasado quince (15) de junio de 1993.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion se envie copia de esta providencia al senor alcalde municipal de Villanueva (Santander).
- QUINTO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion se comunique el contenido de esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Villanueva (Santander), en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991
