- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 27 de mayo del presente ano, por el Juzgado Dieciocho Laboral del Circuito de Bogota.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a la accionada o a quien ejerza las funciones del cargo mencionado, para que de manera diligente, agilice el tramite de los procesos pendientes de resolver, a fin de que no se vuelvan a presentar situaciones como las descritas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. SURTASE el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
