- Primero. REVOCAR la decision proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellin, por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela incoada por el senor ALCIDES DE JESUS BEDOYA ESCOBAR.
- Tercero. En consecuencia, ORDENAR al Medico Interno de la Carcel del Distrito Judicial de Medellin la prestacion adecuada y oportuna de los servicios medicos que el interno ALCIDES DE JESUS BEDOYA ESCOBAR pueda requerir, y ademas que le sea practicada la ecografia ocular a costa de los servicios medicos de la Carcel, para diagnosticar la pertinencia de la intervencion quirurgica, de todo lo cual informara al Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario a fin de que tome las medidas conducentes al cumplimiento de este fallo.
- Cuarto. COMISIONAR a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellin, para que realice el seguimiento del cumplimiento de este fallo e informe a esta Corporacion el resultado del mismo o su desacato.
- Quinto. ENVIAR copia de esta sentencia a la Regional de Antioquia de la Defensoria del Pueblo para lo de su competencia.
- Sexto. Por la Secretaria, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el Articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
