- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido en segunda instancia por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Palmira (Valle), del 1deg de Diciembre de 1998.
- Segundo. Para evitar que en adelante se presenten inconvenientes con la provision de los alimentos, como ocurrio en el pasado, SE ADVIERTE a la Administracion Municipal de Florida, encabezada por el senor Alcalde, que debera velar porque en el futuro, los alimentos dados a los reclusos de la carcel municipal, sean suministrados sin interrupcion, y cumplan los requerimientos higienico-sanitarios minimos, que garanticen una correcta alimentacion de los internos.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por Secretaria General las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
