- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias de julio 16 y 17 de 1996, proferidas por el Juzgado 2deg Penal del Circuito de Chiquinquira.
- Segundo. COMPULSAR copias del presente proceso de tutela, con destino a la Direccion General del INPEC, al Director de la Carcel del Circuito Judicial de Chiquinquira, a la Procuraduria Provincial de Chiquinquira y a la Contraloria Departamental de Boyaca con el fin de que se investiguen las presuntas irregularidades que hayan tenido lugar en el suministro de la alimentacion a los reclusos de la Carcel del Circuito Judicial de Chiquinquira.
- Tercero. CONMINAR al director general del INPEC y al director de la Carcel del Circuito Judicial de Chiquinquira para que, a partir de la fecha, ajusten sus actuaciones en materia de alimentacion de los reclusos a los parametros fijados en la presente sentencia.
- Cuarto. LIBRESE comunicacion al Juzgado 2deg Penal del Circuito de Chiquinquira, con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
