- PRIMERO. CONFIRMASE la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Buga, de 23 de mayo de 1994. En consecuencia, no se concede la tutela solicitada por María Teresa Duque García.
- SEGUNDO. Por la Secretaría General de la Corte, INFORMESE al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar sobre la situación de la menor LEYDI VANESSA, para lo de su competencia, de conformidad con las razones expuestas en esta sentencia. Para tal efecto, se remitirá copia íntegra de esta sentencia.
- TERCERO. COMUNIQUESE la presente sentencia al Tribunal Superior de Buga, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
