  2. En el expediente T-12414:
  3. A) CONFIRMAR el fallo de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca, de fecha marzo veintinueve (29) de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), que rechazo, por improcedente, la accion de tutela promovida por el senor AQUILINO RAMIREZ contra el Juzgado
  4. Segundo. (2deg) Civil del Circuito de Girardot y la senora EMILIA URIBE DE PEREZ.
  5. B) COMUNICAR inmediatamente el contenido de este fallo al mencionado Tribunal, para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
  6. SEGUNDO.
  7. En el expediente T- 12416:

A) CONFIRMAR los fallos de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca, de fechas marzo treinta (30) y treinta y uno (31) de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), que rechazaron, por improcedentes, las acciones de tutela promovidas por los senores ALVARO ALTURO BERNATE y ANGELMIRO ALTURO BERNATE, contra EMILIA URIBE DE PEREZ y el Juzgado
  9. Segundo. (2deg) Civil del Circuito de Girardot.
  10. B) COMUNICAR inmediatamente el contenido de este fallo al mencionado Tribunal, para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.

A) CONFIRMAR el fallo de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca, de fecha marzo treinta y uno (31) de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), que rechazo, por improcedente, la accion de tutela promovida por la senora ADALBERTHA ACUNA VIUDA DE PARDO contra EMILIA URIBE DE PEREZ y el Juzgado
  14. Segundo. (2deg) Civil del Circuito de Girardot.
