- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juez Promiscuo de Familia de Puerto Carreno el nueve (9) de agosto de 2000.
- Segundo. DECLARAR por las razones aducidas la carencia de objeto, por sustraccion de materia, en el presente caso.
- Tercero. EXHORTAR al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio y en especial a su seccional en el Departamento del Vichada para que no condicione la cobertura de la seguridad social en salud de los mayores de doce (12) anos y menores de dieciocho (18) a la presentacion y concesion de una accion de tutela.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
