- Primero. LEVANTAR los terminos suspendidos dentro del tramite de la presente accion de tutela.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas el 5 de septiembre y 16 de octubre de 2003 por los Juzgados Cincuenta y Uno Penal Municipal y Veinticuatro Penal del Circuito de Bogota, respectivamente por las consideraciones aqui expuestas.
- Tercero. ADVERTIR a Compensar E.P.S., que si el senor YY solicita nuevamente su traslado con base en la mala prestacion del servicio por parte del I.S.S., debe proceder a aceptar su traslado y consecuente afiliacion.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria General de la Corte, LIBRESE la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
