- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, el dia 7 de mayo de 1998, y en su lugar se concedera la tutela del derecho de peticion del senor ROBERTO MUNOZ ROA, contra la Imprenta Nacional de Colombia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Imprenta Nacional de Colombia, que en el termino de 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo, proceda a entregar las copias solicitadas dentro de la peticion elevada el dia 26 de marzo de 1998 a la mencionada entidad, por parte del senor ROBERTO MUNOZ ROA.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
