- Tercero. Civil Municipal de Ibagué el 26 de octubre de 2000 que concedió la tutela interpuesta, y, en consecuencia, NEGAR la tutela interpuesta por Reina Lucía Díaz Lopez.
- SEGUNDO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Ibagué el 16 de septiembre de 2000 que concedió la tutela interpuesta y, en consecuencia, NEGAR la tutela interpuesta por Luis Evelio Paez Romero.
- TERCERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Ibagué el 8 de septiembre de 2000 que concedió la tutela interpuesta y, en consecuencia, NEGAR la tutela interpuesta por Oscar Demetrio Rodriguez Romero.
