Primero. REVOCAR la decisión adoptada por el Juzgado
Segundo. Civil Municipal del Líbano, Tolima, fechada el 12 de diciembre de 2000, mediante la cual se concedió la protección de tutela a la demandante de la referencia y, en su lugar, DENEGAR el amparo solicitado, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de ésta providencia.
Segundo. Por Secretaria, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
