- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Buenaventura, en tanto concedió el amparo solicitado por Marco Tulio Viveros.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Fondo de Pasivo Social de las Empresas Públicas Municipales de Buenaventura, el pago de las mesadas adeudadas al actor en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, so pena de las sanciones por desacato.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
