- PRIMERO. REVOCAR los fallos de tutela proferidos por los juzgados: Veintidós Civil Municipal de Medellín (expediente T-289499), Promiscuo de Familia de El Santuario, (Antioquía) (expediente T-289669),
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Medellín (expediente T-290064),
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de Medellín (expediente T-290069), Once Civil del Circuito de Medellín (expediente T-290732) y Dieciséis Penal Municipal de Medellín (expediente T-291438), que concedieron el amparo de tutela solicitado. En consecuencia niégase la tutela concedida en los referidos procesos.
