- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
- Segundo. de Familia de Tunja y la Sala Civil - Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de esa misma ciudad, de fechas 5 de septiembre y 8 de octubre de 2003 y, en su lugar, NEGAR el amparo constitucional de los derechos a la educacion, a la igualdad, al debido proceso y al trabajo de la senora Soraida del Carmen Granados Calderon.
- SEGUNDO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el grado de abogada de Soraida del Carmen Granados Calderon, en caso de que se haya otorgado en cumplimiento de la sentencia del 8 de octubre de 2003 de la Sala Civil - Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Tunja.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
