- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Promiscuo de Familia de Sogamoso el 19 de octubre de 2000 dentro de la accion de tutela interpuesta por Monica Liliana Alfonso Soto contra la Entidad Prestadora de Salud SaludCoop.
- Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. DESE cuenta al Ministerio de Salud de las irregularidades referidas por la actora y en las que al parecer incurrio SaludCoop para que, si hay lugar a ello, se adelanten las investigaciones correspondientes.
