- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR parcialmente la sentencia dictada por el Juez 2° del Circuito de Florencia, en el sentido de conceder a Marcelino Rodríguez Rojas la tutela definitiva de su derecho al trabajo. Por consiguiente, ordénase a TERPEL SUR S.A. poner término a la conducta asumida frente al demandante y, en consecuencia, continuar suministrándole parafina en los términos de su propia oferta pública.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se comunique al Juzgado 2° Civil del Circuito de Florencia la presente Sentencia con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
