- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, por medio del cual negó la protección invocada.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la señora Ministra del Trabajo y Seguridad Social que, dentro del término de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a resolver de fondo acerca de la solicitud formulada por Severiano González y otros miembros afiliados a "SOJUMAR" en el mes de agosto de 1999, de modo que exista una definición concreta que satisfaga su derecho de petición.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
