- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el ocho (8) de noviembre de dos mil dos (2002), por el Juzgado 3 Laboral del Circuito de Cali, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por el senor Klever Galvis Moreno contra el Seguro Social Seccional Cali Departamento de Atencion al Pensionado y en su lugar, CONCEDE la proteccion al derecho de peticion, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Seguro Social Seccional Cali, proceda en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, sino se hubiere hecho, a resolver la solicitud presentada por el actor el 5 de septiembre de 2001.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
