Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogotá, Sala Civil, el ocho de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Diego Mauricio Zambrano Molano contra el Seguro Social y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la protección al derecho a la educación del peticionario.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Seguro Social que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, incluya de nuevo en la nómina de beneficiarios de la pensión de sobrevivientes a Diego Mauricio Zambrano Molina, con retroactividad a la fecha en que le fue suspendido el pago de la correspondiente mesada.
Tercero. Por Secretaría LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
