- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la parte resolutiva de las sentencias relacionadas con la acción de la referencia, proferidas por el Juzgado Trece Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el 5 de febrero 1993, y por el Honorable Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá el 9 de Marzo del mismo año, por los motivos que en este fallo se han expuesto.
- Segundo. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Juzgado Trece Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá para los efectos legales que corresponden.
