Confirmar el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Cali, Sala Penal, el veintiseis (26) de marzo de 1996, en cuanto tutelo el derecho fundamental a la vida del ciudadano HELADIO IVAN GONIMA GIRALDO, y denego las pretensiones en relacion con la vulneracion de los derechos fundamentales a la dignidad, honra, buen nombre, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
