CONFIRMASE la sentencia de la sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Manizales, proferida el siete (7) de diciembre del mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993) en la accion de tutela de Jesus Aures Mosquera Mosquera; sentencia que a su vez habia confirmado la de primera instancia, de 29 de octubre de 1993 del juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Manizales.
- SEGUNDO. Comunicar esta providencia a los Alcaldes de Manizales y Samana, al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio, a Jesus Aures Mosquera Mosquera y al Defensor del Pueblo.
