Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 24 de agosto de 2006 por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Cartagena. En su lugar CONCEDER la acción de tutela interpuesta por Adriana Vergara González contra la E.P.S. COOMEVA.
Segundo. ORDENAR a COOMEVA E.P.S. que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a reconocer y a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde, de conformidad con las razones expuestas en este fallo.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
