- Primero. CONFIRMANSE los fallos proferidos por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellín del 10 de septiembre de 2002 y por la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del 29 de octubre de 2002, mediante los cuales se negó la tutela impetrada por el señor Jaime Hernando Medina Ferro contra de la Fiscalía Seccional 203 de la Unidad de Delitos contra el Régimen Constitucional y Legal de la ciudad de Medellín.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
