- Primero. REVOCAR la decisión de octubre 8 de 2002, proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal del Circuito de Ibagué, que negó la tutela formulada por Blanca Nieves Campos de Lozano, y en su lugar conceder el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a SALUD TOTAL E.P.S. sucursal Ibagué que en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a entregar los audífonos que requiere la señora Blanca Nieves Campos de Lozano.
- Tercero. AUTORIZAR a SALUD TOTAL E.P.S. Sucursal Ibagué que repita contra el FOSYGA por los dineros gastados en el cumplimiento de este fallo.
