Salud.
La acción de tutela se instauró en representación de un menor de edad a quien le diagnosticaron crecimiento adenoideo y otitis media crónica y para su tratamiento le ordenaron la práctica de varios procedimientos quirúrgicos, los cuales a la fecha de iniciar la acción constitucional no habían sido ordenados ni practicados por la E.P.S, bajo el argumento de las existencia de otras intervenciones prioritarias.
El juzgado de única instancia declaró la CARENCIA ACTUAL DE OBJETO POR HECHO SUPERADO en tanto corroboró que el objeto de la tutela ya estaba satisfecho, con la expedición de las respectivas autorizaciones para las cirugías requeridas por el menor.
En sede de revisión se allegó a la Sala el material probatorio que ratificó que los procedimientos se llevaron a cabo y en tal sentido, se confirmó la decisión del juzgado de primera instancia.
