- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de segunda instancia proferido por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en sentencia del 26 de septiembre de 2001.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Colpisos S.A. el pago en el término de 48 horas de la totalidad de las cotizaciones debidas a sus trabajadores Gloria Vélez Peláez y Heriberto Camacho Diago, accionantes de la de tutela que dio origen a éste fallo.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al SEGURO SOCIAL recibir el pago que haga COLPISOS S.A. de los aportes mencionados y proceder a tramitar las solicitudes de pensiones de Gloria Vélez Peláez y Heriberto Camacho Diago, incluyendo los meses laborados como tiempo de servicio aunque no hubiere llegado lo correspondiente a la cotización .
- Cuarto. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
