- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de septiembre 1 de 2000, proferida por el Juzgado Vigesimo
- Quinto. Penal del Circuito de Medellin y, en consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la seguridad social, a la igualdad y a la proteccion de la maternidad de Gloria Estela Florez Osorno segun las consideraciones hechas en la parte motiva.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a los funcionarios de la Secretaria de Planeacion de Medellin- Departamento de Analisis Estadistico- SISBEN que en el termino de 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia realicen la revisita y corroboren la actual situacion de la accionante y, si es del caso, la reclasifiquen en el nivel I o II para que en consecuencia sea afiliada al regimen subsidiado de salud.
- Tercero. ORDENAR, como medida provisional, la atencion de la accionante como afiliada al regimen subsidiado de salud mientras se realiza la correspondiente entrevista y se decide si tiene o no derecho a acceder al SISBEN.
