- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias de tutela proferidas en el proceso de la referencia por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá y la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el 14 de julio y el 7 de septiembre de 1999, respectivamente, denegando el amparo solicitado por el actor, por existir otro medio de defensa judicial y por no evidenciarse un perjuicio irremediable.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
